Spinning
I understand it snowed a few inches in Colorado. Hopefully I don't have broken trees when I get back.
This morning got up and went to a spinning class at the local Health Club to the Radisson here in Mississauga. It's a lot of sweating. Ended up working for another 12 hours after that. So, I'm not feeling that verbouse. Will go back to the club tomorrow (5:15 wakeup), but expect to run the treadmill.
I can't wait to get home.

Yo,
Just got out of a serious spin class myself. At one point, I even called the instructor a bitch, in my head of course, for the pain she was putting us through. I think I will do some more of those classes, it fealt awesome. Keep up the training and good luck with the cold wind. Train on tri buddy!
